Sorry, we are not aware of any shelters in Cheras. Perhaps you could ask Perbadanan Putrajaya (which earlier told you about the shelter) for the name and/or location so it's easier for you to find it?
We only have a list of pounds that DBKL/MBPJ send caught animals to, but none of them are at Cheras:
