ur kes am not so sure la. but better u go to vent and ask them what is the problems. but my mom cat have the same problems like u, but my mom cat already 5years old. so we took him to vent and cut all the bulu and wait 2-3month the bulu will come grow back like normal and no gugur lg. but for ur kes 8month baby am not sure about it.
