Found little white dog!
About 6 months ago, a man visited 4PAWS in search of his little dog Pepper. Resently we found a dog which looks like Pepper. His hair and health are getting better now as he is no longer on the street, but we cannot find the owner. Does anyone know the owner of Pepper, found near Teluk Bahang.
