True,some cats sexually mature as early as 3 mths old. But as a responsible owner, would u want to see young kitten got pregnant?? It is similar to allow teenagers as young as 14 yrs old got pregnant. Young cat doesn't know what to do with their kitten when they got pregnant early.

So the best age will be 1 yr and above when the cat already turn to adulthood. But for me, I will neuter my cats before the get on heat. Less stress for me and my cats. I can also reduce strays that already over population in Malaysia.
