SPOTTED: Brown Dog w/Collar on E23/Sprint/Kerinchi Link
Hi! This morning I saw a medium-sized brown dog (I don't know breeds, sorry, but he kind of looked a little like a beagle) wearing a collar running up the left shoulder of the E23/Sprint/Kerinchi Link, headed away from Mid Valley and toward the Plaza Tol Pantai. If this sounds like your dog, please check with the people at Plaza Tol Pantai to see if they saw it. If he kept running up that highway the earliest he could get off would probably be near Sri Hartamas.
