Wee Wee Pad training for 2nd Dog (Puppy)

Hi All! i serious need your advise. I have a 4 months Puppy and 1 year Adult. Both is Pome. I`m trying to teach my 4 month puppy to pee on the pee pad. each time i scold her, my other dog get upsad thinking i`m scolding him and he get upsad because he did not pee every were. How teach this small puppy and not getting my other dog upsad?

You can try to use puppy trainer.

is a bottle of spray where you spray on the wee wee pad.
Your puppy will be attracted to the smell of the puppy trainer to wee wee there

regarding the "Puppy Trainer" is it really work? As i saw some review on this kind of product(Not this brand) doesn't help much....
