Lovely Bunny... Its a normal bunny who is very comfortable. Its call a bunny flop. Normally a bunny who is very comfortable where he is will do it.... just sort of flop on its side to rest..... mine do it all the time. Bunnies are prey animals that are mostly always on guard. so its nice to see one do a flop it means he feels no treat in his surrounding and is very comfy. ....
Your bunny remimds me of my Bridge bunny Sebastian who i lost last year at age
9.5 years. Looks almost like your baby.

its been a while since i've been to this forum.. wow a lot has changed! i'm happy to finally see an entire section dedicated to bunnies

vivien your rabbit's adorable! it's normal, the flopping thing.. they do it when they're secure and contented. it's also known as the Dead Bunny Flop, my buns do it all the time too http://furrybutts.wordpress.com/2008/07/07/dbf/

hi somebunny..thanks for sharing that..... haha
really cute the two bunnies...awww

so i guess it is normal..yes my rabbit did send panic situation when my parents saw him lying in that manner...

first impression - thought he was dead.........but when i open the cage - he lift up his head, stares at me then went back to his position..he was just trying to be funny...

so i got used to it...... every time i play with my bunny, he will run around hysterical - basically doing many roundabout turning.......then flop ** bang ** pretend dead....

i always claim he is a good pretender.....

whenever my friends or relatives come - see him in that matter
they will shout IS YOUR RABBIT DEAD???? hahaha
