I went on google and search under keywords cat meat fish bait..
There i found one forum mentioning something about cat meat brand Coshida, which is use to fish carp as well..
Can check this link..

Later I googled again on Coshida cat meat, and I found out it is actually cat food....

can check this link and read the whole forum... they mentioning on cat meat with beef flavor.
So, my assumption right now after this finding is, actually the cat-meat mentioned there is cat-food, which is actually made for cat and now use to fish the carp..

manusia yg kejam thadap binatang mcm monyet 2 pasti akan dapat balasan nanti..
cuba dorg tu bayangkan kalu 1 hari nanti,dorg yg kat tempat monyet 2..masa 2 bdoa smpai mati pun xguna.. 
manusia macam ni banyak walaupun kat malaysia ni..ade yg sembelih anjing makan la..bkn xde ayam+lembu utk wat daging tp sje je ati kalu da kejam kan?
