My brother claimed he saw a Labrador or sort of Golden Labrador which was abandoned recently near a market place (Ipoh Market). She is now staying under the cars. I am happy to hear that got people feed her every morning with rice. She was there already for almost 2 months and my bro just knew about it. I dont want to see her like that. Please help..
