Bring doggie from Singapore to Sabah

Hi everybody,
My sis in Singapore just adopted a doggie Shih Tzu name Jimmy 3 years old. She's gonna move back to Sabah in Jan 2009. The doggie don have any MKA cert or birth cert? So is it possible for her to bring Jimmy back? and what procedure does she need to follow? Anyone out there can help?

Hi Vivi, did you managed to bring your dog from Singapore to Sabah??

I have a french bulldog and planning to bring him back from KL to KK but Malaysia airlines doesn't allow any snub-nosed dog to go on board.
