Extremely URGENT ! A stray dog NEEDS an ADOPTER after surgery (amputation) which must be done SOON!

Horsey is a stray dog at my workplace, abt 1 yr old. Last Wed, I found that she has an injured leg (most probably run over by vechile) n I seek help with MyAnimalCare. This Tues & yesterday I brought it to the vet n best option is to amputate the injured leg but after that she needs a clean n safe home for recuperation from the amputation (surgery). The only option to save her life. Without the good care/clean environment, there is risk of germs entering her wound n kill her, painfully . N hence, no point of amputation too

PLEASE, any1 can PLEASE adopt her after surgery when she is fit to discharged ? All food n after surgery care expenses will be paid for. Or any fosterers, PLEASE ? Until she is fit to go back to my workplace, a factory which is not fit even for normal dogs. She would have to fight harder for life in the factory with 3 legs after surgery
