Need Advice/Rescuer A Dog In Bad Condition

Around sabak bernam, Taman Perpaduan (Fasa II),

guys from about couple of days a go, i found a dog that could be around 2 to 4 years old, mongrel mixed spitz if im not mistaken......

Founded was being disturbed and torched by the kids in the street....i tried to warn them and chase them away yesterday, but i found the dog can't walk properly, it's like someone have hit it in the back leg....

I tried to feed it and it accepts but when i tried to get close to it....it scared and tries to run.......So i watched the whole night what its doing outside, what i conclude is, One The dog is LOST, or someone have left it here.....Cuz it tries to get into the peoples home to sleep......

i don't know what to do next....The dog is in a good health but with a injured leg......Is there anyone i can contact around Sungai Besar/Sungai AirTawar/Sabak Bernam/Teluk Intan/Sekinchan/Tanjungkarang/Kuala Selangor to get help to rescue the dog....please update me ASAP,
