I think it is ok, it is already the 3rd day, memang gatal tempat plaster tu, and the cat gigit sebab nak tanggalkan plaster tu.
Dia tak nak pakai e-collar pun tak aper, non of all my neuters (berpuluh-puluh kalau belum sampai seratus) touch wood, tak pernah pakai collar dan kalau jilat pun sedikit sahaja (it is normal, dia bersihkan badannya). Just watch out for excessive licking of the wound jika berlaku dan the wound gets wet and red/swollen. Otherwise everything should be normal.

itulah pasal bro.kucing2 yg aku neuter suma mana ada pakai e-collar.aku tgk pun kesian. aku just pastikan they don't lick exccesively.after sapu gel gamat aku kipas2 kasih kering itu gel sip through itu wound. tp some forumers bgtau aku durang punya kucing keep on licking kat wound tu.nak buat apalg?? terpaksalah masukkan e-collar.

It depends, June ... there are many things we do not know about these cases which may differ from ours in many conditions.
Sebagai contoh lah, adakah mereka tu pelanggan Klinik Kembiri Setapak ke atau pelanggan vet bertauliah ke atau pelanggan klinik Kunta Kinte? Here alone dah terdapat banyak differences contributing to the possibility of different quality of the surgery performed. There are many good vet surgeons in the private sector as well as government, but there are also many bad, bad ones. Not all vets are skilled surgeons, neither do many have the surgical experience, honest! That is why (I shall not mention names) some vets actually volunteer at Klinik Kembiri to build up the practical experience in neuter surgery because they do not have the opportunity to do so where they work.
No. 2, mereka ada taruh benda kat parut tak (sebagai contoh June selalu cerita that you apply minyak gamat tanpa sebut brand apa and the caution of using gamat yg bukan asli ... I know that you mention in earlier threads tapi most forumers tak baca cerita awal-awal dan based on your comments, I won't be surprised that they do not know hujung pangkal and grab the nearest available bottle of minyak gamat adulterated with halba, halia, etc and dap it on the cat, causing problems). Cats do not like foreign stuff on their body and are fastidious cleaners. For this reason normally saya advise DO NOT apply anything on the wound at all.
If the first and second aspeks are ok, then thirdly, we have to consider that there is actually a problem as due to some reasons, some cats do not heal well and will need a vet's examination or simply an e-collar.

Wallah..jauh bezanyer harga..I baru balik dari Peng Aun clinic.... Tanya skali pasal neuter / spay..
Female = RM 176 ( including ubat kutu, boarding 9 hari ( kot..dengar cam 9 ari), makan masa boarding...)
Male = RM90 ( hantar pagi ambik petang terus )..
Hurm..kena planning macambeli barang secara installment lak...hahahaha tapi its okay jugaklah sbb dia boardingkan kat tempat dier...
..terus kena amik kertas ngan pensil nieh..budget2... kang kebulur anak2 bulusku sekalian  ..

Just a suggestion.
Kalau u tak de kucing sendiri & ada bilik kosong, saya rasa baik u jaga sendiri kucing yang dah kena spay/neuter. Save duit u sebab banyak yang u nak kena spay/neuter kan?...macam kes saya, saya tak de langsung bilik kosong. Dan saya ada kucing sendiri. Sebab tu sayang cari vet/pet shop yang boleh boardkan kucing2 stray tu dengan harga yg murah (less than RM10). Ikutkan hati saya. Nak je jaga kucing2 tu bila dah lepas kena spay/neuter. Tapi itu je boleh saya buat setakat ni...

Nak buat sendiri memang boleh tapi masalahnya..I am living with my parents.. G pun I have asthmatic bro and sis... Anything kena simpan kat luar...Kalau pasal kucing2 nieh.. yang 3 ekor kucing i tue jer diorang tolerate...Btw, I have 3 cats... yang mana si penyet tueh memang sensitive.. cepat je dia tangkap penyakit..The strays yang lain entah camnalah nak simpan.... Nieh pun tengah feed diorang senyap2... Dok mengira... buat checklist.. G pun kat sini memang mahal..understood... G pun yang RM175 tueh memang doc tue soh boarding selama 9 ari tueh..maybe dia nak tengok kot... G pun..1 trip ke vet kat sini tak pernah kurang dari RM70... Yang murah ada..tapi dia main guessing game... Kerajaan?.. I dun dare to risk the life of the cats for the sake of saving money tho.. I trust the doctor and I am willing to pay more tengok dari cara dia..

Hi semua, mamacat nak tanya klau early pregnancy for female cat apa tanda2nya. N lagi satu mamacat ni ada sekor lg female cat, umur pun dah lebih setahun setengah , bila musim mengawan bunyinya ngalahkan c MJ nyanyi lagu Bidin tu tapi tunggu 2 ke tiga bulan tak ada apa pun. Any suggestions?

Owhhh... u pun ada kucing ye...kalau macam tu untung la you kalau vet bagi duduk 9 hari kat sana...tak le susah sangat. Macam saya kena bayar owhhh...dah la ada tiga ekor nak kena spay...sekor je jantan...on top of that semua kena boarding at least 12 days...things we do for cats...

Benda berdarah ini boleh berlaku secara intermittent ... maknanya berhenti beberapa ketika pastu berlaku kembali, pastu berhenti balik dan datang kembali utk beberapa kali, pastu stop semula .... kadang-kadang poo pagi berdarah tapi waktu petang tidak, pastu next time dia poo ada sedikit darah, next time tak ada ....
It can be like that .... jadi kena jaga dan pantau jangkamasa lama sedikit.
Linda, sila jawab soalan ... darah tu bercampur dalam poo atau di luar poo (around the poo)?

Kalo macam tu, pada pandangan saya, kemungkinan besar dia berdarah apabila poo dia keras dan bergesel dengan tender tissue kat colon. Ataupun kadang-kadang dia ada sedikit soreness kat anus dia dan bila poo gesel, berdarah lah dia dan bila poo tu lembek, bontot dia dapat peluang utk sembuh dan tak ada darah lagi. Tapi bila poo keras datang balik dan gesel tempat tu, maka berdarah lah kembali. Poo kana dia keras kan, Lin?
Jadi, Lin kena pantau dan jaga supaya kucing ada minum air (kucing memang minum sikit ajer, tapi stengah kucing makan dry kibbles tapi jarang sangat minum air - mungkin air yg dibekalkan dah kotor atau dah basi jadi dia tak nak minum.
Utk galakkan kucing minum air, Lin kasi dia soup pekat daripada ayam rebus tu dua sudu besar setiap kali.
Satu lagi, kucing Lin makan kibbles jenama apa? Sebab saya dengar ramai orang cerita kalau kucing mereka makan SP, poo tu keras sangat dan tidak sesuai. Tapi ada juga kucing yg ok dengan SP. But I think you are on BW, bukan? BW should be ok, from my experience. So Lin kena galakkan kucing minum lebih dgn memberi soup ayam rebus tu.

Boarding meant for sick cats meh. I used to send my cats to boarding kat klinik gak kekdang... Tak bleh ehh.. I tengok bersih ok jerk.. It's a female.. maybe he wants to tengok kot.. Sampai betul2 baik..
