how to rescue help
hi,
i noticed there is a cat who stuck on a tree where she can't climb down by herself since yesterday...i'm wondering if anyone that I can call to help that poor cat...the tree is located near to my office and I don't know where can I find help...
I don't know how to help this cat because its to high up at the tree...please give my some advice if you know how to rescue this poor cat...or maybe I can call 'bomba'?
