first, check your apartment's regulation and if you rent, house owner's permission before you get a pet. A lot of rabbits got disowned by owners who had to move in a place that ban pets.
second, its better if you have someone in the house willing to look after your pet every day. a rabbit shouldn't be left alone for hours without supervision. They need a lot of attention.
third, keep your pet in shades and in a well ventilated area. If its too stifling, rabbits stress easily and can die from heat stroke. always keep the water full and if its too hot, keep the AC/fan on at all time.
