i think the adoption section is more effective than the forum if you want to rehome any pets. 5 abandoned kittens that i post up there have found new, loving homes.
err, i'm not that sweet la....i just happen to know it's not an easy task looking for fosterers or adopters. so just keep on doing the great work you're doing, and don't let lack of response from here discourage you. you have the animals' undying love & gratitude for your kind deeds.

Urgently need a fosterer for one puppy
someone called on friday asking about him, then came to my house on saturday to see him and loved him! so we immediately went to the vet to get him vaccinated and for the adopter to pay immediately for buddy's future neutering and get a receipt.. i'm very very pleased! i miss buddy though 
and so does my other foster pup holly.. she's been crying since he left.
