Created by the World winning Wampum Maltese Kennel in South Africa, Wampum was specifically formulated by Dr Heidi Rolfes to be fragrance free and especially mild to the skin and coat.
Only FDA approved human cosmetic ingredients of the highest quality are used in Wampum formulations.
Wampum products are formulated scientifically and are quite different from the other products that are available in pet stores and veterinary practices.
For example, the conditioning shampoo is formulated at pH 7.4 (the physiological pH of dog and cat skin) and is 100% biodegradable and hypoallergenic. It is made from pure coconut oil derivatives.
The shampoo does not contain any fragrances, colorants or preservatives. It creates a microenvironment on the skin after use, which is very unkind to pathogens. In addition, the shampoo contains a skin re-fatting agent to soothe 80% of all dry skin problems.
All Wampum oils do not contain any mineral oils. The white coats absolutely not affected by Wampum oils. Most Wampum grooming products are very concentrated and have to be diluted for bathing, what makes them very economical in use. There are currently about 30 products in the Wampum line
