I have a opinion for you about do donating cash to SPCA by state
ANdy,
I have an opinion for you about do donating cash to SPCA by state, I have talk to one of my customer at Penang, what we discussion is we going plan have a Donate Box Place at my customer shop. Let those customer have interest do donate. What do you think? If one shop can collect RM50 per month, if have 5 shop already RM250 per month. The Box must from SPCA with Cert and Lock.

Hi Clement,
Good idea! 
Actually I believe that SPCA have their own donation boxes that are placed at certain locations. I am not sure if they would directly authorize someone to place their own SPCA donations box though, for fear of some people defrauding the public.
Since your customer is in Penang, I suggest that he check with SPCA Penang if they have such an arrangement, or if SPCA Penang can authorize him to do so on a personal basis. It would definitely be great if he can help collect some funds for them. If you have customers in Klang valley willing to do so as well, I will check with SPCA Selangor and PAWS to see what arrangements they can work out.

Andy,
I only saw the Donate Box at Event. I can't see it any other place at Penang. You might represent Petfinder do some opinion and suggestion to SPCA HQ. I only work for petfinder.
