Rabbit and Guinea pig for adoption

i hv a friend who has tons of rabbit and gp at home..
he had no idea about neutering and spaying animals..
his rabbit and gp reproduce until too much
the adoption fee :
Rabbit : RM 30 each
Guinea Pig: RM 30 each..
i dont know y is the adoption fee so much..
thats what hes asking for..
The rabbit was normal domestic rabbit and there are anggora cross too..
gp is American Shorthair
colour: self(solid) , tortie ..

book first cos his house is far from mine so if there are lots of adopters then it can cut my fuel cost to pick them..

If so.. is there a female guinea, since at the shops its hard to find a female one.
If there is still available, I would like to have one male and one female.
