Size cage

Hi guys, I have two Dwarf hamsters. They are Winter Whites. And I have two questions about the cage:

1. Is it the right size?
2. Should I house them together?

(Sorry, I know nothing about hamsters so can't answer your questions either way, but perhaps if they can see the cages, the hamster experts will speak up.)
