SPCA & PAWS - Adoption Drive at Ikano - May 23 to Jun 15
Hi Guys,
For those interested in adopting pets, or purely just want to indulge in the lovely pets that SPCA and PAWS have to offer, don't forget to go to Ikano!
Below are the event details:
Date: Thu - Sun, May 23 - Jun 15
Time: 10:00am - 6:00pm
Location: Courtyard, IKANO Power Centre, Mutiara Damansara.

Description
SPCA will be at IKANO Power Centre every Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday, beginning from May 23 to June 15! Animals will be available for adoption, so if you want to adopt a pet and save a life, come and visit our booth! All SPCA Merchandise will also be sold, as well as information on animal welfare.
Volunteers are needed! If you are willing to lend a hand, please contact SPCA - make your weekends gratifying!
Volunteer Shifts:
Thursday to Friday:
Shift 1: 9am to 2pm (set-up)
Shift 2: 2pm to 6pm (pack-up)
We really hope to see you there!

Yes, that'd be great, please share the pictures with us! I'll probably be paying them a visit this weekend too.

I was at the adoption drive yesterday (Sunday). Cool event, great effort from the organizations and volunteers!
I spoke to both SPCA and PAWS people there, seems like Saturday was a better day for adoptions as traffic was higher hehe...
I saw some cute dogs there, and was playing with SPCA's Timmy and PAWS' Scrumbs (wonder if I spelled it correctly haha)... miss them already! Hope they've found good homes by now!
Oh, and not to forget some a few adorable puppies there too, and 2 bunnies that were adopted hehe!

Andy,
The PAAPP dog training club at Penang, have do offer to those people adoption any dog from SPCA, will get 50% discount for training class. The club President said.

You mean, for people that adopted the dogs from SPCA, they can send their dogs to PAAPP for training at 50% discount right? That's great...
Do they only have a training center in Penang? What about Selangor?

We love dog very much. Only us do the offer those adopted dog from SPCA. We support those people with adopted dog, and let them come and join together with pure breed.
Almost adopted just bring to home as watch dog. It might waste only.
That why we do it and support.

I was there on sunday as well.... Took many picz of the animals and was bought some merchandise items (t-shirts, sticker and subscribed to the free magazine)....

Oh really? Wonder if we were next to each other but didn't realize it hehe... Ah I didn't get any merchandize though, gave some monetary contributions to them

The adoption drive will be ending this weekend - for those that have yet to check it out, don't forget to do so asap!

If have people from Penang have adopted SPCA dog. Please let me know you able get 50% discount for dog training class. Only offer to SPCA dog.
