Hello! I'm not sure as there is an ideal weight for a cat or kitten, as they are like people -- some have bigger bone structures than others.

What I've read is this: to tell if your kitten or cat is over/underweight, stand above them as they are standing still. (Does your kitten ever stand still? )
Look down on the shape of the body from above. There should be a slight inward curve between the belly and the hips. If the curve is dramatic, and ribs & hips jut out, then he's underweight. If you just see roundness from shoulders to butt, he's overweight. He's still growing at 6 months, though, and I've read that kittens will consume twice the amount of fully grown adults. It makes for some horrifying food bills before they've reached adulthood... Best wishes to you both... :-)

Could you tell me is this portion enough because this is the food portion he get everyday.

Morning (8 am) and Night ( 8 pm )
2 table spoon of dry kibbles
and 2 tea spoon of canned food diluted with water

Because this is my first cat, and im seriously clueless.

People seems to feed their cat a lot more, like a full bowl of kibbles.

I feed my cats solely on wet food, and the rule of thumb for an adult cat is to start feeding 6 oz. of wet food (1 can of typical size) per day, spread across 2-3 feedings. If the cat gets too heavy, cut back. If it's too thin, feed more.

For a kitten, that means you should be feeding about 2 cans per day, not 2 teaspoons.

You did say this kitten is 6 months old, correct, not 6 weeks?

For what it's worth, when I tell people I feed only wet food, they often reply, "Oh, aren't your cats awfully fat?!"

In truth, they're not. It's a happy day for me when they completely empty their food dishes. (I hate waste!) With 2 cats, I put down a 6 oz. can of premium commercial wet food in the morning (Addiction, Nature's Balance, etc.), and an equal amount of home-cooked wet food at night. Sometimes they finish all of the food, and sometimes they don't. I don't know if my 2 girls are typical, but they don't seem interested in gorging until they burst or become obese. They are healthy, fit and muscular.

From what I've read, cats become obese most often when eating foods that are high in grains, most often lower-quality biscuits. Their digestive systems simply aren't geared to handle all those carbohydrates. You mentioned that you're feeding Orijen, which is grain-free and one of the highest-quality dry foods. Maybe just increase the amount of wet food to 4-6 oz. per day, and see how that works? Best wishes to both of you... :-)
