I read on the internet that giving fish to cats is bad for your cat? Especially Tuna. And if fish is bad for cats all of the wet food I can find all have fish in it especially Tuna base. Now I'm kinda in a stuck situation here, any advice from the experts?

Hi Kmleong!
I'm not an expert by any means, but on the advice of a vet, I transitioned my two cats from dry to wet food, and I'm now feeding them a combination of commmercial wet food and a home-made raw diet (which I make following a recipe devised by veterinary nutritionist Lisa Pierson).
The vets who advocate a wet diet all say this:
The worst wet food is still better for your cat than even the best dry food. That's their bottom line.
That said, yes, they agree that fish is not the best food for your cat. Here's why:

The biggest issue with tuna-flavoured cat foods is that cats LOVE it! They love it so much they may not want to try other foods; also, human-grade tuna can be bad for their health. Google "tuna junkie" to find articles on breaking this addiction.
Here are two web sites that are terrific resources. Both of them talk about the value of feeding a raw diet, but there's also just a lot of good info on basic nutrition, even if you're transitioning to a commercial wet food diet:
