This a new breed ?

I saw a breed named Schnoodle. Is a mix between Schnauzer and Poodle. Is this breed official already ??

Hybrids! no on AKC and FCI list, Schnoodles are first-generation crosses, with two purebred parents, one a Poodle and the other a Schnauzer.
Breeders typically don't breed schnoodles to other schnoodles because the result is less predictable: Puppies are as likely to look like purebred schnauzers or poodles as schnoodles.
Only Barkyard breeder or puppy mill have interest do mixed.

There's also the Pomdle (Pomeranian and Poodle). My friend's Pom and Poodle mated by accident.

These of course are not new breeds, but simply mixed-breed dogs.

By definition, purebred dogs breed true. That is, if you mate two schnauzers, you'll get a litter of schnauzers, which have the essential characteristics of their parents.

If you mate a schnauzer and a poodle, the pups may be more like one parent or the other -- there's no telling which characteristics will be dominant. Schnoodles, cockerdoodles, and all these other similar mixed breed dogs are not recognised by any organisations and should not properly be referred to as a 'breed'. ;-)
