Considering all the weeping and wailing here, I wrote a note to the manufacturer of WBCL, asking why they have abandoned Malaysia.

It took about a week, but I just got a reply! Maybe we can ask pet shop owners to contact the distributor in Hong Kong until Jayne can find a new distributor for Malaysia? Anyway, here's the reply:

Hi Amanda:

Thank you for contacting us. I have been in touch with the distributor and have learned that the company has undergone some changes and they do not plan on continuing to distribute World's Best Cat Litter(tm).

We will look into finding a distributor in Malaysia, but I would suggest you contact these distributors in Hong Kong to see if they are willing to ship the product to you:

I'm sure there's been a deep, dark conspiracy going on behind the scenes at the cat litter distributor, possibly involving criminal syndicates. Maybe extortion and even murder behind the warehouse!

Will the manufacturer prevail? Will Malaysian cats once more poo in luxury??

Hello, l've tried almost all places but they dont sell it anymore! But l have not given up hope though it is expensive but it is very very good for my cat and for my litter robot!

Good new is (not sure whether a good new yet) found an exporter and willing to sell to me but l've to buy the minimum order which l think will use a lifetime for me cat! Is there anyone would like to share the quantity for the WBCL with me

The supplier is from HK and they wrote to me saying that the MOQ which l assume is mimimum order quantity is USD1,000.00 witht he packing pallet of 140 bags x 7.5 kg. However, they have given me a quotation which have export price and suggested retail price. Will ask again which price are they going to charge us per pallet. By the way is a there a 7.5kg WBCL bag. As far l know l alway buy the 3 kg bag. By the way the packing per pallet is for both Original and Extra strength. Also they say the shipping Ex HK to Port Klang is USD15.50 per pallet lol.

By the way l just got the email from they few hour ago only!

Kitty,I need 75kg per month for my cats at home. I have 12 cats. meaning I must buy 10bags of 7.5kg. left 130 bags up for grabs by our forumer friends

Then we can divide the shipping cost among ourselves equally. How's that??

Can I ask,why are they charging the by pallet?? not per contenna like normal shipping cost?

Not sure they quote me per pallet though! But l did find out that per pallet is actually the wooden platform that used to be carried by the fork lift machine! Anyway l rather have them selling to us by pallet if by container, l may have WBCL with milk for breakfast to assist the usage of the quantity ! ha ha!

Gosh!! I'm totally lost on the calculation. So how many pallet we need for 140kg bags?? 01 pallet can carry how many bags?? Since minimum purchase is 140 bags for 7.5kg.

Say,140kg is 01 pallet or maybe 02 pallet??

The minimum purchased is USD1,000.00 Yes! Suggested you order 4 pallet (due to the ocean freight cost)

Packing format is per pallets which is 140 bags x 7.5kgs. (Would you please elaborate more on this)
The Extra Strength and Original Formula is the same 7.5 kgs x 140bags / pallet
Pallet purchase required (Cannot reduce the qty due to the packing - please see the attached photo) Sorry dont know how to attached the photo but just imagine a big packing of 140 7.5kg or WBCL inside

What is the per pack of WBCL that you will be charging? Is it the xport price like in the quotation you send me?

The Shipping cost for 1 pallet to Port Klang and Local pick up charges as below:-
If you choose Port Klang, the charges is : USD141.00 (for 1 pallet) + USD70.00 + (USD25.5 x 1.5cbm x 1 pallet = 39.00) + USD29.50 + USD36.00 + USD32.00 + (USD15.5 x 1 pallet = 15.50) = Total : USD363.00

The last bids which is the shipping cost is not so comfortable for me!

I just found your discussion about WBCL, but I'm afraid I lost the litter plot somewhat .... what is the port kelang landed price per 7.5 kg bag ?

I will have 2 cats soon and they will need kitty litter, and I am ready to explore buying in from HK.

Or maybe we can get some pet product importer interested enough to import for us and deliver to our doorstep
