Vet clinic in Penang open on Sunday?

Hey guys,
is there any good vet clinic in Penang which opens on sunday? (besides Gill, I heard a lot of bad reviews about them)
My dog has an internal bleeding in her ear and may require surgery.
Tried calling Peng Aun, Life and Hope but no one answered.

I believe Peng Aun at Gottlieb road is open. They only close on Thursday.
