Stimulus Fiscal Plan - Where the RM7b is going?

Seriously, I've read & heard about this plan and finally last evening RTM aired the special programme on "Pelan Rancangan Fiskal" which Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak was interviewed. Okay, fine - it looks good - the benefits will be directly to the people. However, what concerns me the most is why do they need RM1.2billion to build low and medium-cost houses? My questions are very simple:

1. Whose land the government is buying? Will they build on reserved land?
2. By doing this, who reaps the profit? Developer? Construction companies?

I would love to see how this stimulus package will boost our economy. How are they going to spend on projects that have major multiplier effects?

aiyoyo... i also donno what's in his mind lah catmother.. what i know is that currently market price for dieasel is RM1.70 per liter.. however.. still at pump station they sell it at (i donno exact amount.. aroun RM2.++) they claim they what they sell to people is fuel with subsidiary, but if you're looking at the figure... haiya... i donno laaa... govt. are making money lehhhh.... still i don't see any developing project..(mega-mega one lehh.. like establishing coral sanctuary..) they want Malaysia to be tourist oriented country.. haih.. malas sudah nak fikir... i hope 3000 ppl yg tak balik dr england tu duduk la sana lama2 lagi... balik kang lagi susah... bukan susah org sini.. susah kat depa sendiri.. huhu

Yea, I see what u mean. but need to wait another 3 years to topple govt. hiahhh. to be honest I dont like the wait. If there is a way to topple gov without waiting this 3 years,I will be more than willing to donate ALL my personal savings and my time. Serious!. Once a Party sits on a chair for too long, this sure turn ugly and the people suffers. I think all politicians are bad guys, Dosent matter which bad guy takes the seat, but the seat needs to be changed, if it dosent change for such a long long time then its no longer democracy. IF it changed racial riot happens. (May 13 happend coz opposition party won the election). Hate the politics in msia. Hate Hate Hate Hate. I m turning into the dark side~
