Two legged dogs

From a recent chinese paper, these Two 2 legged dog was found in Phillipine, Manila.

Owner claimed that they were borned with only 2 hind legs, they were able to stand up by balancing itself on their hind legs, and can hobble about like Kangaroos, but, sum said their 2 front legs were amputed by the owner for the purpose of displaying by the road side for money .

If it is true, as a dog lover, it makes me want to cry at the same time it makes me angry. I can not stand the thought of cruelty to dogs or any other animal, for that matter .

If the owner really did that to them on purpose, I hope he get what he deserves. I've always believed in the old saying, "what goes around, comes around."

It reminds me of the Movie - " Slumdog Millionaire", sum syndicate blinded the child to force him to beg for money for them.
