Hi Areripe,

First of all you need to bring your cat to the vet to find out if she is having Mange (Kurap) or Fungal. Once the problem has been identified only the the right medication can be given. Never try to diagnosed the probelm yourself and give home treatment unless you know what is the cause. You might make things worse instead of better.

As for vacinations, it can be given as early as the kitten reaches 6 or 8 weeks of age. Normally people will vacinated their kittens at the age of 3 months.

Deworm can be given when the kitten is at two weeks of age.
